Carraig Creative Writing and Editorial Services has over 32 years of experience in multi-media publishing, starting with the freelancing of articles and photographs to newspapers and magazines, and eventually moving into employment as a television copywriter.

Over the years, my writing skills have been honed through a wide variety of assignments both professional and in public service, as I began working with fiction, editing, and assisting charitable and educational groups with their publicity and advertising.

My personal areas of expertise lay in anything historical, which encompasses my love of trivia and led to the publishing of my first book "Ten Minute Trivia", as well as becoming a contributing author to the Uncle John Bathroom Readers. I am also someone who believes in the value of laughter and humor to restore a person's joi de vivre, and perspectives that can be skewed by everyday stress. Animals are a large part of my life, and have figured as the main characters in my children's literature, including the Purrlock Holmes book which won a Muse Medallion for Young Adult Fiction.
